Community signup

Your information, treated with care.

When you join the OCHG community, we collect your name, email, county, optional organization, and the interests you choose. We use these details to share OCHG community news, project updates, and invitations relevant to you.

Your signup is stored in OCHG’s website database, hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. The contact manager is restricted to the website owner. Your details do not appear in a public directory. Signup records include when permission was given and the wording of that permission.

We do not sell your contact details. You can ask us to correct or remove your information, or stop sending updates, by emailing info@ochg.org. We keep information while it supports the relationship or until you ask for its removal, subject to any records we need to retain.

To reduce spam, the signup service temporarily stores a hashed network address and attempt count for about one hour. The signup does not use advertising trackers.

Joining the community is not a housing application, waitlist, donation, or promise of eligibility or availability. Please do not submit financial, health, or other sensitive personal details.

The separate contact form uses FormSubmit for email delivery; its notice appears beside that form.
